We are seeking someone to execute product promotion strategies & manage our company's e-commerce accounts to increase online sales conversion rates.


  • Manage company's e-commerce accounts and webstore
  • Plan, implement online and offline marketing strategies to drive company revenue
  • Develop digital marketing contents to enchance sales performance on webstore and e-commerce platform


  • Good understanding of e-commerce & social media platforms.
  • Creative and not afraid to think out of the box.


Front Desk Clerk


We are seeking a warm & friendly front desk clerk to oversee all receptionist duties at our main entrance desk. Major plus if you've got good people’s skills and have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills.



  • Answer all customer inquiries and incoming calls.
  • Ensure the common office area is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies.
  • Accept all letters and packages
  • Track and order office equipment and supplies.
  • Handle filing, data entry and other ad hoc duties as requested


  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.


Administrative Assistant


We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with good communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidate must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. 



  • Provide daily administrative support and operation function to the company.
  • To maintain proper filling and documentation system
  • Contact and follow up with customers
  • Perform any other related duties and ad-hoc assignment.


  • A minimum of 1 year working experience in related field.
  • Good communication, both written and verbal in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Office hours: Monday - Friday 9.30am – 6.30pm
